Harvest open house celebrates 85 years at Pedroncelli Winery

Wednesday, November 7th, 2012 | Posted by | 2 responses

The Pedroncelli family welcomes Geyserville to its celebration of 85 years of winemaking. The Harvest Open House is Saturday, Nov. 10, 1-4 p.m. at Pedroncelli Winery, 1220 Canyon Road.

Turning 85 is a celebration under any circumstances, but Pedroncelli’s 85th year was that much more special when Wine Spectator included its wines in the Oct. 31 issue. The magazine named Pedroncelly Winery and family “a Sonoma Tradition.”

Founders Giovanni and Julia Pedroncelli could not have dreamed that their children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews would still be continuing the family legacy of growing grapes and making wine.

Stop by the winery November 10, 1-4 p.m. for wine paired with speciality food and an  anniversary cake cutting at 3 p.m.

  1. The certainly are tradition in this County of wine making and community involvement.

  2. Congratulations on leaving such a legacy. Geyserville is lucky and proud to have your family as part of it’s history.
