Geyserville Fire Dept. Strike Team update
Geyserville’s fire engine, along with the rest of the strike team, was reassigned to the Rush Fire east of Hwy. 395, north of Susanville near the town of Ravendale. That fire started Aug. 12 and is currently burning 204,359 acres with 30% containment.
The team will travel today, sleep tonight and be ready to join the fire line Saturday morning.
