PG&E to vacate building and local services in Geyserville

Rumors have floated that PG&E was thinking about downsizing and moving local services from Geyserville to its Santa  Rosa location. Today the rumor was confirmed.

Today Electric Operations and Maintenance members at PG&E’s Geyserville Service Center were officially notified in writing that they will no longer be serving Geyserville,  Cloverdale and outlying areas from the Service Center on Geyserville Road. They now will be working out of Santa Rosa, an additional 22 miles from their service territory.

They probably will vacate the building by the end of the month.
